We've been shipping steadily on the prediction side of Goal Guru, and three pieces of it are worth calling out together: predictions that now update in real time during a live match, a new daily digest that puts the best picks in one place, and a way to filter the matches list by how confident the model is. Here's what's new.
⚡ Live Predictions: Odds That Move With the Match
Pre-match predictions are useful before kickoff, but a lot changes in 90 minutes. Open any live match's details screen and switch to the new Live Predictions tab to see a win-probability read — home, draw, or away — that refreshes roughly every minute for as long as the match is being played. A goal, a red card, or a shift in momentum all move the numbers.
Live Predictions covers more than just the result: a Next 15 Minutes goal probability, rest-of-half and rest-of-match projections, a live Expected Goals (xG) and goal-ladder projection, and the same over/under and BTTS markets you'd see pre-match — all recalculated against the current state of the game.
Live in-play predictions are currently free for every signed-in user, on every plan, while we roll this out.
📋 Guru Summary: One Screen for the Day's Best Picks
Instead of opening every match individually, tap the Guru Vision icon in the bottom navigation and you'll land on Guru Summary — a daily digest organized into Best Predictions, Safe Matches, Strong Value and Value Matches, Starting Soon, and Live Now with Live Surprises for matches where the score is running against what was predicted.
Guru Summary also includes a Results section that tracks how the model's own past predictions have actually performed, broken down by confidence tier. We'd rather show you the real track record than hand you a single accuracy number to take on faith.
🎯 Guru Filters: Filter Matches by Prediction Confidence
The matches list now has a Guru Filters sheet so you can narrow live and upcoming fixtures by how confident the model is — Result, Total Goals, or Both Teams to Score at 50%, 60%, 70%, or 80% and above — instead of scrolling through everything in play to find the matches worth watching.
